TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

​

·        We will be delivering orders on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from the 26th of November up until the 19th of December.

​

·        Trees will be delivered to your front door. Unfortunately we are not able to bring them inside as we are not covered for accidental damages.

​

·        If no-one is home at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the tree in a shady, secure place close to the front door. We do not take responsibly for the safety or security of the tree if you are not present to accept the delivery.

​

·        If no-one is home home at the selected time of delivery and we are unable to find a suitable location to leave your tree, a delivery re-schedule fee of $35 will apply.

​

·        We try to keep within our delivery dates and times – this is not always possible due to traffic or unforeseen issues. 

 

Refunds / Exchanges

​

·        We do not provide refunds for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong size

​
